Spreadsheet Option The spreadsheet form is easy to use for those reporting on a large number of engineers (over 50). The spreadsheet contains a matrix with experience categories and salary brackets. The participant only identifies the number of engineers that fall into a particular bracket and then enters that number into the appropriate cell in the spreadsheet.
